How to Book your Tour

The best way to book your tour is to call us direct: 613-329-6265

Payment in full at the time of booking, guarantees your seats. Once you have decided on a date, simply call our office to book your tour. We will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have about our tours and courses.

Once your seats are confirmed we will send you a confirmation package by email. This package contains links to a “What to Bring List”, Maps and directions, Waiver Form (to be signed at launch site), Medical Form (to be submitted electronically) so that you and we can better prepare for your tour.

Call in with the following information available

• Date of Tour
• Number and names of Participants
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Credit Card Number/expiry date

Booking Policies

• Do Not email Credit Card Information. Please provide this information by phone only.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express

Cancellation Policies

• If 1000IKC cancels a trip/course for any reason then 1000IKC will issue a complete refund or re-book your tour at no extra charge. We will cancel tours for dangerous weather conditions, however we do paddle in rain and moderate winds. Please be prepared for the weather.
• If a tour or lesson is cancelled mid-day due to inclement weather, a 50% refund will be issued or another trip can be booked at no charge.
• A 25% deposit will be kept regardless of the reason you cancel a program. This is to cover administrative costs.
• We would be glad to offer a full credit towards another date if the cancellation occurs before 24 hours from the scheduled departure time.
• Any program cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will not be rewarded any refund or transfer privileges.
