It is perfectly normal to feel a little sore and tired at the end of a day of paddling. Why not use the natural motion of kayaking to build core body strength, stability and cardio endurance. There are plenty of muscles in there that you may never have known you had. We will find them and give them a little wake up call! If you are already a paddler, you can take our fitness techniques to whatever level you desire. Relax in the inherently tranquil waterways paddlers seek out while working on breathing exercises, or deliver more power under windy or rough conditions. Paddling for fitness is a non-competitive, recreational style of kayaking that will make you feel stronger with improved power and endurance.

All participants are required to attend a 3 hour introduction course on assisted rescues and boat control. This will give everyone a solid paddling foundation right from square one!

Course Cost: $85 (20% discount if purchasing a pass at the same time)

Paddle Fit Passes:
10 Passes ………….. $185 plus tax
5 Passes ………….. $95 plus tax

*Passes cover your kayak rental, certified instructor and all safety equipment.
