Students will be challenged physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to promote character-building qualities through leadership development.
Active Kids Camp
A fantastic opportunity for a healthy, adventurous week this summer!The 1000 Islands Kayaking Company is pleased to announce we are offering our Active Kids Kayaking program in both Brockville and Kingston for the 2010 paddling season! Brockville's beautiful St. Lawrence Park and our new partnership with Kingston's Rideau Acres Campground will set the staging areas for our week long Discovery and Adventure.
Venture Leadership!
Great for developing confidence and future leadership skills! Ages 15-17Using Experiential models of Outdoor Education, this specialized leadership program is designed for adolescents ages 15-17 who are continuously on the search for adventure. Work with some of our most professional instructors to develop paddling skills, judgment, group leadership and expedition planning.
Youth Paddling Clubs
Kayaking clubs are perfect social activity for youth ages 8-15!Get your kids outside this summer. Gananoque and Lyndhurst kids kayaking clubs are perfect social activity for youth ages 8-15. All the equipment is included and our certified staff will ensure they have a fun and positive exposure to the sport of kayaking. This non-competitive introduction is a great alternative for children to get on the river and spend time with their friends while learning new skills and connecting with nature.
