Flatwater Certification

A full day of instruction for the beginner or intermediate paddler!

This full day course provides excellent instruction for the beginner and intermediate paddlers. Be prepared for day tripping with your friends and family. We explore the details of regulation equipment, boat designs and trip planning. Paddling techniques and rescue scenarios in a calm and controlled environment is a great way to increase your boat control, use less energy and develop confidence for a safe day on the water. The Flatwater course is the same program as our full day intro course with the exception of certifying you with Paddle Canada for national accreditation.
