Paddle the Arch

The best paddling trails within the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve

Back by popular demand, our Paddle the Arch tour package will be exploring 6 of the best paddling trails within the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve. Paddle the Arch is designed as a not-for –profit fundraiser for the Frontenac Arch Paddling Trails and all profits are invested back to improve paddling resources for locals and visitors enjoying our unique watersheds.

All the equipment is included with a feature Local Flavours lunch showcasing the best of seasonal foods. No one from 2010 /11has forgotten the spread of local cheeses, organic juices, fresh fruits and old world breads, all prepared and served by the water’s edge. Indeed the food and experience is amazing!

Each unique tour strives to enhance historical and ecological interpretation of the waters we are paddling. Guest speakers accompany the tours to enrich the experience with stories, historical facts and knowledge of the intricate biodiversity. Many volunteers come together as a family of paddlers to make these events a valuable experience.

No paddling experience is necessary. Enjoy the all-inclusive hospitality of 1000 Islands Kayaking and explore the beauty of our back yard lakes and rivers.

Tours are $95+ HST each. 10% off for your second tour and 20% off for your 3rd – 6th tour.Thank you for supporting the Frontenac Arch Paddling Trails and making our region a better place to live, work and play.
